About Us

Oregon Energy Fund’s mission is to assist Oregonians in financial crisis with their energy bills in support of household stability. OEF is Oregon’s only statewide energy assistance nonprofit and has provided emergency funding to more than 300,000 people since 1989, ensuring low-income Oregonians can pay for energy without sacrificing basic needs like food, rent, or medicine. In 2020, OEF distributed funds to 3,072 people, including 1,061 children, 610 seniors, and 431 individuals with disabilities.
